Fishing is reported to be good
Smallmouth Bass: Some smallmouths are being caught on jigs in 20-30 ft of water on points.
Largemouth Bass: Very few largemouth are being caught, but a few are being caught while jigging spoons under schooling shad in the backs of the creeks.
Crappie: Several crappie are being caught near East Port in brush on minnows in 10-15 feet of water.
